連日來,江華境內國道G207線K3509+877至K3514+320路段的大修工程正緊張有序地推進,施工團隊通過運用就地冷再生技術,對道路進行全面修復和提升。

在河路口鎮(zhèn)尖山村施工現(xiàn)場,機械的轟鳴聲此起彼伏,移動破碎機、罐車、就地再生機、壓路機等設備協(xié)同作業(yè),沿著施工路面緩緩推進。G207國道河路口段作為連接湘桂的重要通道,交通流量較大,尤其是大型貨運車輛往來頻繁。近年來,隨著交通量的持續(xù)增長,路面破損情況日益嚴重。考慮到項目兩側房屋密集,路面不適宜大幅抬升,經過對路面結構和基層類型的綜合比較,最終決定采用就地碎石化后水泥冷再生基層+瀝青混凝土路面作為施工方案。目前,該項目在確保安全和質量的前提下,加快施工進度,確保工程如期完成。

In recent years, with the continuous growth of traffic volume, road surface damage has become increasingly severe. Considering the dense density of houses on both sides of the project and the unsuitability of significantly raising the road surface, after a comprehensive comparison of the road surface structure and base type, it was ultimately decided to adopt on-site crushed stone cement cold recycled base+asphalt concrete pavement as the construction plan. At present, the project is accelerating the construction progress while ensuring safety and quality, ensuring that the project is completed on schedule.
“我們每天早晨6點半到達現(xiàn)場,檢查完機器設備以后,就進行施工,按照每天的工作量,大概到晚6點就可以收工。”施工現(xiàn)場負責人何均說道。

“這是我們首次采用全深式就地碎石化水泥冷再生施工工藝,相比傳統(tǒng)工藝成本節(jié)約10%左右、工期縮短超三分之一,能最大限度減少石材的開采,降低建設成本,又有效解決了廢舊料帶來的環(huán)境污染問題,取得最大經濟效益和社會效益。”江華公路建設養(yǎng)護中心養(yǎng)護股工程管理員朱亞斌說道。

所謂就地冷再生技術就是利用現(xiàn)有舊路材料作為新修路面骨料,再按相關要求添加新料進行拌合,形成新的水穩(wěn)基層,經過現(xiàn)場常溫拌合、攤鋪、碾壓等工序,形成路面結構層的再生。舊路材料循環(huán)利用率可達100%,并且無需再加鋪新的水穩(wěn)類機構層,降低了路面標高抬升,有效解決公路維修越來越高的問題。
The so-called on-site cold recycling technology is to use existing old road materials as new pavement aggregates, and then add new materials according to relevant requirements for mixing, forming a new water stable base layer. After on-site normal temperature mixing, paving, rolling and other processes, the pavement structure layer is regenerated. The recycling rate of old road materials can reach 100%, and there is no need to add new water stable structural layers, which reduces the elevation of the road surface and effectively solves the problem of increasingly high road maintenance.
“本次路面改造計劃全長共4.5公里,總投資約1300萬元,目前我們正在進行舊混凝土路面碎石化、就地水泥冷再生同步施工,完成冷再生施工后,再統(tǒng)一進行瀝青面層鋪設。”江華公路建設養(yǎng)護中心養(yǎng)護股工程管理員朱亞斌說道。
